Organized tours will have a duration of 3-5 hours, within a specific geographical area, as determined by the schedule posted on the website. The tour itinerary is not fixed and may change periodically.
Adult drivers and co-drivers are allowed to participate in organized tours, in accordance with the provisions set forth here. Minors are not allowed to make reservations for or rent four-wheeled motor vehicles, nor to ride in them as co-drivers, unless accompanied by a parent or legal representative, who has rented and will drive the motor vehicle, as defined.
The driver making a reservation, renting, picking up, and participating in organized tours must be at least 21 years old.
The driver must hold a valid type B driving license. The license must have been issued at least one year before the date of execution of the contract.

Reservations for short-term rentals and conducting tours will only be made through the website, taking into account the availability of rented four-wheeled vehicles and the corresponding available seats for participation in the conducted tour with four-wheeled vehicles ("safari"). The program of organized tours will be posted on the website and may change periodically without further notice. For any changes in reservations, the company undertakes to notify the driver/renter in due time.
To complete the reservation, payment of an amount equivalent to at least 50% of the total fee for the reservation is required, either by bank deposit or by credit/debit card. Payment of the remaining amount must be made before picking up the vehicle from our headquarters.
After completing your reservation, an email will be sent to the user's email address confirming the registration and stating all the details of the reservation.
In case of full payment of the total amount at the time of the electronic reservation, a 10% discount will be applied to the total amount of the fee.
The charge for conducting a motorized vehicle reservation will be fixed and will cover the entire duration of the organized tour (3-5 hours from vehicle pick-up). This charge amounts to one hundred and ten euros (110 €), including VAT.
In case of declaration of usage of the four-wheeler by more than one driver, the total charge will amount to one hundred and eighty euros (180 €), including VAT. The above age and driving license possession terms apply to the additional driver.
Fees for processing payments with credit or debit cards from your credit institution may apply.
In case of payment with a different currency, the company is not responsible for currency exchange fees charged by credit institutions facilitating your payment.
In any case, from the moment the vehicle is picked up from our headquarters, the above charge amounts will remain fixed per reservation and will not be reduced in case of early driver departure or early vehicle return to the company, at any time and for any reason.

Upon receipt of the vehicle, in addition to the payment of the amount concerning each reservation/rental, an amount of one hundred eighty euros (€180) per rented vehicle will be blocked from the driver's credit/debit card as a guarantee or even by payment of the amount in cash.

All the above documents must display the name of the driver/renter. Otherwise, the collection of the vehicle will not be allowed, and his participation in the organized tour will be denied, while all the obligations assumed by him with the reservation will remain in force.
The presentation of a credit card in the name of the driver as a guarantee is mandatory, even if the renter agrees to pay the guarantee in cash within the store. Credit cards mentioned above will be accepted.
Rented vehicles will be collected from the company's headquarters, located in Istron Kaló Chorio, 72100 Agios Nikolaos, where they must be returned at the end of the tour. In any case, the return of the vehicles must be made no later than the exact time indicated by the company's employee, who will be responsible for the delivery and collection of the vehicles.
In case of late return of the vehicle beyond one quarter of the hour, each additional hour of delay will incur a charge of €40 for the customer/driver, and this amount will be retained from the guarantee. In case of delay exceeding 4 hours, the additional amount calculated as mentioned here will be charged to the customer/driver.
If the vehicle is not returned to the company's headquarters but left at a different location, the customer/driver will be charged for the distance between the two points at €1.00 per kilometer, plus VAT, and this amount will be retained from the guarantee. In case the amount calculated as mentioned here exceeds the guarantee, the customer/driver will be charged.
Any change or cancellation of a reservation will be made only electronically through the website and based on the availability of the rented four-wheel vehicles, as well as the corresponding available participation slots in the conducted tour with four-wheel vehicles ("safari").
In the event of a successful change of reservation date, the customer will not be charged any additional fees, and any advance payment will be retained and will be valid as a deposit for the new reservation date.
In case of cancellation of a reservation no later than 14 days before the specified date of vehicle collection, the customer will not be charged any fee, and any advance payment will be refunded within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
In case of cancellation of a reservation less than 14 days before the specified date of vehicle collection, the customer will be charged a fee of 50% of the final price, which has been prepaid at the time of reservation. If the customer has prepaid an amount greater than 50% of the final price, the remaining amount of the advance payment will be refunded within 15 working days from the date of cancellation.
In the event of a reservation request and payment of the fee, the reservation request will be automatically accepted, and you will receive from us a confirmation of reservation via email, as defined above.
In any case, before the vehicle is handed over to the driver/renter, the company reserves the right to refuse delivery if a violation of the terms specified here is detected. Indicatively, we reserve the right to refuse delivery of the vehicle: if the driver/renter does not present a valid driver's license, ID/passport, credit card in their name, if the driver/renter is a minor, if they appear to be in a condition unsuitable to operate the rented vehicle, etc. In the above cases, the charges mentioned above for the rental of the vehicles will remain fixed, and the total fee will be due.
In any other case, the delivery of the vehicle to the driver/renter is at our absolute discretion, and we have the right to refuse delivery according to the principles of good faith. In this case, the company will have the sole obligation to refund the advance payment within 15 working days, and the renter will not be charged any additional fees.

If it is not possible to change the initial reservation and the rental of the vehicle is permanently canceled for the reasons mentioned here and without the fault of the renter, 50% of the prepaid fee will be refunded within 15 working days.
In the event that any of the present terms is declared void, invalid, or for any reason unenforceable, this term shall be deleted and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining terms.
The company's failure to act its rights under these terms does not constitute a waiver of those rights.
